I’ve spent over 30 years working in IT, driven by a simple belief: technology should make work better for people, not harder.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked across multiple sectors helping organisations modernise the way they work, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365. I specialise in guiding businesses through the transition from on-premises infrastructure to secure, well-governed cloud environments, always using a clear, non-jargon approach that puts security, compliance, and usability at the forefront.

I’m a strong advocate for people-first technology delivery. Successful technical projects don’t succeed on architecture alone, they succeed when staff understand the change, feel supported, and see real value in how they work day to day. I work closely with operational teams to ensure projects are aligned to business goals, not perceived as something being “done to them by IT”.

More recently, I’ve been leading on the implementation of Microsoft Copilot, helping organisations prepare their environments, introduce Copilot safely, and use Copilot Studio to translate core business processes into practical, AI-powered agent workflows that deliver measurable outcomes.

My focus is always the same: helping organisations get the maximum value from their Microsoft 365 investment, while building secure, sustainable platforms that genuinely support the way people work.
